Terms of Service
The P2P game service provided by TikChoco (hereinafter referred to as "the Circle") (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") is subject to these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms"). By using the Service, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 (Scope of Application)
- These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Circle regarding the use of the Service.
- The Circle may establish additional rules and usage guidelines regarding the Service. These shall form part of these Terms.
Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)
Users shall not engage in the following acts when using the Service:
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, analyzing, or attempting to reveal the source code or structure of the Service (except when complying with the open-source license specified in Article 9 after open-sourcing).
- Acts that impose excessive load on the Service or other users' devices/networks, or acts likely to cause such load.
- Unauthorized access, cracking, or security breaches.
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities of the Service.
- Infringing the copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights of the Circle or third parties.
- Harassment, threats, discrimination, or other nuisance behavior toward other users.
- Acts violating public order, morals, laws, or these Terms.
- Acts that disrupt the operation or usage environment of the Service, or that are likely to do so.
Article 3 (Updates and Compatibility)
- The Circle may add, modify, or fix functions of the Service as necessary.
- The Circle does not guarantee compatibility with all past versions of the Service.
- Users agree to use the latest version to ensure comfortable and safe use.
Article 4 (Disclaimer)
- The Circle shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by users through the use of the Service.
- The Circle does not guarantee that the Service is always available or free from errors, bugs, or failures.
Article 5 (Intellectual Property Rights)
- All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Circle or legitimate rights holders.
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, distribute, modify, or publicly transmit the content of the Service without permission from the Circle.
Article 6 (Suspension of Use)
The Circle may suspend use, restrict access, or take other necessary measures without prior notice if a user violates these Terms.
Article 7 (Changes to Terms)
The Circle may change these Terms as necessary. The changed Terms become effective when posted or notified on the Service.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be governed by Japanese law. Any disputes arising from the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
Article 9 (Future Open Source Release)
- The Circle may, upon judging the Service sufficiently stable and safe for commercial use, release the source code as open source in the future.
- After open source release, the applicable open source license will apply to the source code, and the prohibitions in Article 2, Paragraph 1 will apply within the scope not conflicting with the license.
Privacy Policy
TikChoco (hereinafter referred to as "the Circle") collects and handles personal information obtained directly or indirectly from users in connection with the provision of the Service in accordance with the Circle's external transmission policy and this Privacy Policy. Users are requested to carefully read this Privacy Policy and understand the Circle's policy on handling their personal information.
1. Personal Information Collected
The Circle automatically collects the following information when users use the game:
- Information related to user inputs and actions within the game
- Settings configured within the game
- Specific gameplay details (such as achievements, progress)
- Play dates and total playtime
- Crash and error information
- IP address, device model, OS, browser information, and other device identification data

The Circle uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:
- Detecting and preventing fraudulent or contract-violating behavior to ensure proper and fair operation of the Service
